The CCFE-FLOW series devices are designed to measure and regulate the flow of gases and liquids in explosive zones of Class 1 and 2 indoor and outdoor installations. Structurally, CCFE-FLOW devices are an explosion–proof CCFE enclosure (degree of protection from external influences - at least IP66), inside which a mass flow meter /regulator is installed. The working medium is fed into the meter/regulator and exits it through seamless high-pressure tubes. The tubes are attached to the meter/regulator by means of a mortise ring connection providing IP68 protection. To prevent accidental mechanical influences from being transmitted to the connections of the tubes with the device, the tubes are removed from the housing by means of cable glands installed in the wall of the CCFE housing, the inner cavity of which, together with the tube, is filled with a compound.
