The CEM System (Controlled Evaporation and Mixing) is an advanced Liquid reagent Delivery System (LDS), which can be used in processes at atmospheric, high and low pressures. It consists of a liquid flow regulator, a gas flow regulator and a mixing and evaporation chamber. The system is applicable for mixing the liquid flow in the range from 0.25 to 1000 g/h and obtaining a vapor-saturated liquid gas flow rate from 50 n.ml/min to 20 n.l/min. The CEM system can replace a bubbler type evaporator (bubbler). When using the CEM system, new possibilities appear: for example, it is possible to evaporate mixtures of reagents or even solutions of solids. The evaporation process takes place with high speed, accuracy, reproducibility and efficiency.
